Rental Conditions
The tenant agrees to comply with the following conditions:
No smoking of any kind, including cannabis, is permitted inside the unit or on the premises
Cannabis cultivation is strictly prohibited, both indoors and outdoors
Tenant must provide proof of $2,000,000 civil liability insurance prior to occupancy
To comply with the condominium by-laws and regulations
Short-term rentals (Airbnb or similar platforms) are strictly prohibited
No pets allowed
No painting or work is permitted without the owner's consent.
A satisfactory credit check must be completed through CORPIQ
Tenant must provide an employment letter and/or proof of income
A reference from a current or previous landlord is required
Tenant is responsible for any damage caused by negligence or beyond normal wear and tear, including maintenance and repairs, at their own expense
Tenant is responsible for the $900 move-in fee charged to all new residents
A $400 refundable deposit is required by the building for the move. The following deductions apply: $75 non-refundable administrative fee - Hourly fee for the security guard assigned to supervise the move.
